Mammootty to start work on CBI sequel next year



Mammootty’s next release will be Pullikaaran Staraa, which is directed by Syam Dhar
It's been over two years since director K Madhu announced that he would be teaming up with Mammootty for the fifth instalment of the famed CBI Sethuramaiyer series.
We recently got to know that the team are now planning to start shoot of the film, which is scripted by SN Swamy, by early next year. While Mammootty will be playing the Brahmin sleuth, Mukesh won't be returning for the sequel.
We hear the movie is inspired by real-life incidents and this time Renji Panicker will star in an important role. Mammootty's next release will be Pullikaaran Staraa, which is directed by Syam Dhar.
