Dr Biju recalls a horrific incident he had to witness


Director Dr Biju has shared an incident he had to witness recently, on his social networking page.
The incident happened today morning at Payyannur railway station, where he had arrived to catch a train. On noticing a small crowd near the third platform, he went to investigate, and found a man lying on the platform, probably dead. The station authorities or the police had not yet been informed, and the people gathered were casually discussing what to do but noone took the initiative to go inform the station master. Since time was running out and a train could come on the track any time and crush the body yet again, Dr Biju finally ran across to the first platform, although it was time for his train. As he ran back, he noticed that the few people gathered too had left, and that the body was lying as it is, alone.
"The indifference we display towards another's life and death and the thin line between it is horrifying, and disturbing, he ends the post.
